The need arised from collectors wishing for a different sizing for the ever loved divers. Steinhart's response was the Ocean 39 series, a modern and versatile sizing that can fit anyone's wrist.

Today we unveil the Ocean 39 GMT White Ceramic! Limited to 200 pcs, the watch is fitted on a nicely finished 316L stainless steel case. Satin brushed runs from the top of the lugs and polished sides of the case. Fitting the sporty nature of the watch. The case measures 39mm in diameter, 47mm lug to lug and 13.9mm thick for 300m of water resistance. A solid modern fit for a go anywhere do anything watch. The Steinhart signed 6.5mm screw-down crown is located at 3 O'clock as well.

The bezel on the Ocean 39 is a classic diver design. The Ocean 39 Ceramic has a Black-Blue two-tone ceramic bezel insert for added scratch resistance. The new ceramic bezel has numbers and markers that are all engraved to give it depth. The cavities are then filled in luminous white filling to match the theme with a luminous pip at the 12 o'clock position. For the price, you get a limited edition Swiss Made watch with an SW330-2 movement, a full 316L stainelss steel 300m diver watch with SEL bracelet and an overall well finished sturdy watch. This was before not achievable until Steinhart arrived and also probably the reason why Steinhart has quite a huge following although only been around for only 15 years.
